The Friends of the Madison Public Library will honor Madison resident Tom Bintinger, President of the Library Board of Trustees, at its Annual Benefit on Saturday, May 21, 2022, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, at the Madison Library located at 39 Keep Street. “Tom cares deeply about the library and its mission to serve the community, is supportive of innovation, and offers us visionary management of library funds for current and future sustainability,” said Lynn Favreau, Library Director.
“I have collaborated with Tom Bintinger as a fellow Library Trustee volunteer and in other capacities for other non-profit organizations and have always been impressed with his willingness to go out of his way to be supportive and to share his wisdom and experience,” said Pam Hogan, Chair of the Friends. “He joined the Board of Trustees in 2004 and has been its president for over ten years. I admire Tom’s steadfast commitment and his calm, encouraging, and optimistic attitude. He is truly an outstanding leader in our community.”

Wine, beer, and various delicious hors d’oeuvres catered by the Thursday Morning Club will be served.
